Hello, I'm Gareth — a qualified integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting people through life's most difficult moments.

About me

I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, even when times are incredibly tough. Whether you are navigating grief, stress, anxiety, depression, illness, identity issues, or any of life's unexpected turns, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be heard and supported.

I am also a Post Critical Incident Stress Debriefer.

  • Registered and Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)
  • BSc (Hons) in Counselling Psychology from the University of Worcester
  • Diploma in Counselling, trauma-informed therapy certificate, and mindfulness teacher qualification
  • Certified in Clinical Supervision with a BPS-approved SDS Accreditation (CSAccred.)
  • Certificate in Post Critical Incident Stress Debriefer Facilitation

How I work

I offer remote sessions nationwide (via Microsoft Teams or phone) and in-person sessions in New Quay, West Wales (Cei Newydd).

Fees

Fees: £70 per individual session (concessions available).
