Counselling in New Quay, Aberaeron, Cardigan, Lampeter & across Ceredigion
Hello, I'm Gareth — a qualified integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting people through life's most difficult moments. I'm based in New Quay, West Wales, and work with clients across Ceredigion — including Aberaeron, Cardigan and Lampeter — as well as online across the UK.
About me
I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, even when times are incredibly tough. Whether you are navigating grief, stress, anxiety, depression, illness, identity issues, or any of life's unexpected turns, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be heard and supported.
I am also a Post Critical Incident Stress Debriefer.

Where I work
I offer in-person counselling in New Quay (Cei Newydd), Ceredigion, serving clients across West Wales including Aberaeron, Cardigan and Lampeter. I also offer remote sessions nationwide via Microsoft Teams or phone.

Fees
Fees: £70 per individual session (concessions available).
