Supervision is more than accountability. It supports professional growth, client safety, and deeper self-awareness within your therapeutic practice.

My approach and model

My supervisory foundation is based on Proctor's 3 Function Interactive Model: the normative, formative, and restorative functions.

  • Support (Restorative): a safe, non-judgmental space to process emotional impact and reduce burnout.
  • Teaching (Formative): develop self-awareness, professional identity, and clinical skill.
  • Accountability (Normative): ensure ethical standards and client wellbeing remain central.
