Clinical Supervision: Ethical, Growth-Focused Practice

Supervision is more than just accountability—it’s a powerful engine for professional growth, enhanced client safety, and profound self-awareness within your practice.

I offer clinical supervision designed to support you as you navigate the complexities of your therapeutic work, ensuring you develop confidence and maintain the highest ethical standards.

My Approach & Model: Support, Growth, and Safety

My supervisory foundation is built on Proctor's 3 Function Interactive Model (The Normative, Formative, and Restorative functions). This means our sessions are structured to provide comprehensive support across three core areas:

  • Support (Restorative): Creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process the emotional impact of your clinical work and prevent burnout.

  • Teaching (Formative): Encouraging self-awareness, exploring your developing professional identity, and identifying areas for skill enhancement and ethical growth.

  • Accountability (Normative): Ensuring your practice adheres strictly to professional standards and promotes the safety and well-being of your clients.

I am committed to working entirely within the BACP Ethical Codes of Practice.
