Anxiety is a normal, if unpleasant, part of life, and it can affect us all in different ways and at different times.

Anxiety can make you imagine that things in your life are much worse than they seem.

Its important to remember that anxiety is normal, it comes from the part of the brain that monitors danger, humans used this in cave-man times to protect us from attacks.

These days we are less prone to be attacked by animals or other cave-man (unless you go out on a Saturday night) but, our brain sees modern day issues in the same way which activates our 'fight, flight or freeze' response.

Counselling can help you manage and understand the problem by helping you get back to feeling in control, managing triggers and understanding your limits.
