Hello, I’m Gareth — a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting people through life’s most difficult moments.

I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, even when times are incredibly tough. Whether you’re navigating grief, stress, anxiety, depression, illness, identity issues, or any of life’s unexpected turns,
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be heard and supported.

Education: Holds a BSc (Hons) in Counselling Psychology from the University of Worcester, a Diploma in Counselling, a certificate on trauma-informed therapy and a Mindfulness teacher qualification.

Supervision: Certified in Clinical Supervision with a British Psychological Society-approved SDS Accreditation (CSAccred.).
