About Me

 

Hello, I’m Gareth — a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting people through life’s most difficult moments.

​

I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, even when times are incredibly tough. Whether you’re navigating grief, stress, anxiety, depression, illness, identity issues, or any of life’s unexpected turns,

 

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be heard and supported.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients in diverse settings, including:

  • My private practice

  • NHS IAPT Counselling services

  • NHS cancer services

  • Hospice and specialist bereavement services

  • University Counselling services

 

These experiences have deepened my understanding of the many ways people struggle — and heal.

Professional Credentials

 

  • Accreditation: Registered and Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) 

  • Education: Holds a BSc (Hons) in Counselling Psychology from the University of Worcester, a Diploma in Counselling, a certificate on trauma-informed therapy and a Mindfulness teacher qualification.

  • Supervision: Certified in Clinical Supervision with a British Psychological Society-approved SDS Accreditation (CSAccred.).

  • Professional Memberships: Member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO).

  • Remote sessions nationwide (via Microsoft Teams or phone)

  • In-person sessions in West Wales​
