Hi, I'm Gareth. I offer counselling and psychotherapy that is -

I’m a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor. I welcome and am experienced in working with clients from all kinds of backgrounds.

I'm experienced in working with a range of issues including anxiety, relationships, depression, sexuality, stress, trans/non-binary issues, low confidence, identity, bereavement, abuse, suicidal thoughts, disability, spiritual issues, compulsive behaviour and self-harm.

My Story

I have been an Integrative Counsellor for over 10 years, having experience working with a wide range of clients - in my own private practice, within an NHS IAPT Counselling service, a hospital Cancer team, a university counselling service, and a specialist bereavement service.

 

I am an Accredited Member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The main purpose of the Register is to protect the public and help you find a therapist you can trust. It aims to reassure clients, employers, and the general public that BACP-registered Counsellors adheres to high standards of proficiency, professionalism, and good practice.

 

I am also an accredited Clinical Supervisor and Mindfulness teacher.  

 

 

I specialise in many different areas of life, including bereavement, loss, stress, anxiety, depression, and cancer.

Qualifications and Training

My integrative training and experience allow me to draw upon a number of successful 

theories enabling me to support and encourage you to explore your past, present, or future concerns.
